Works with what you already use
Your iPhone, anything that shares with Apple Health, your health records, and lab reports from a photo. Here’s what Knit reads from each.
Apple Health and your devices
Knit reads your iPhone and anything that shares with Apple Health, like Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP, Withings, Garmin, Polar, and Dexcom. Your iPhone counts steps on its own, so it’s enough to start.

Lab reports from a photo
Snap a photo of a paper lab report, and Knit reads in every result with its range. It saves the results and doesn’t keep the photo.
You can also add a reading, a lab, a medication, or a condition by hand, from the + in the app.

Bring it all into one record
