Our mission is to make personal health clarity a human right.

A message from our founder:

TLDR; our healthcare system (mostly) sucks for many of us. Your data is everywhere except with you. Like…why? We're here to pull it back together so you can make informed choices based on your story, not whatever a TikTok influencer is preaching this week.

If you're reading this, you're probably like me. You're trying to keep up with work, family, life, and everything in between, while also figuring out what being healthy even means these days. And if you've dealt with healthcare in the U.S., you already know it can feel like a confusing maze that no one ever explained how to navigate.

I've spent a career inside the industry working with companies trying to solve real problems. They all did great work, but none of them really gave people ownership of their own health. Our health data sits in different systems, owned by everyone except us. And somehow, we've all just accepted that.

The people who need the full picture the most—all of us—never actually get it.

Without the data, how can anyone know what "healthy" means for them? So I started thinking about health in a way that felt meore honest and realistic.

To me, being healthy isn't about hitting a perfect number on a chart or living up to some Instagram influencer's definition of "perfect". It's about progress. If you wake up each day and take even one small step toward feeling better, that counts. But you can't make good daily decisions if you don't understand your baseline.

That's why I'm building Knit.

Not because the world needs another health app. We ALL know there are plenty. But because we need a way to reclaim something that should have been ours all along: our own health story.

Knit is my small attempt to fix a big, messy problem. A way to give people the clarity, confidence, and understanding they deserve. It's not about becoming your own doctor. It's about finally having the information you need to make confident decisions in your day-to-day life. The big moments and the small ones both matter.

And look—I'm not naive. Knit isn't going to magically fix healthcare. No single tool could. But if it helps even a small number of people feel more connected, more informed, and more in control of their own health, then that's a step toward something better.

This is just the beginning. We're building Knit one piece at a time, and every person who joins now becomes part of shaping what it becomes.

Thanks for being here and for believing that we can build something better.
